Adelaida Springs Ranch is our family farm in the hills west of Paso Robles. The ranch includes more than 1000 acres of pristine oak woodland, wrapped around a 40 acre vineyard of world class wine grapes, set in a remote valley in the southern reaches of the Santa Lucia mountain range.

We moved our family from the Bay Area in 2001 and planted the vineyard in 2002. Soon after, we began developing our cattle herd, which is the source for our grass-fed beef products.  The unique geography and wonderful climate here make this a special place to grow wine and beef, and we hope you'll try our products. More than that, we hope you'll come visit us, get to know our ranch and gain the inspiration and peace of mind that come from having a connection to a naturally beautiful and productive place.
